Lakeland, FL | August 2010 to April 2019
- Designed, developed, and maintained the company web-site including the integration of 3rd party solutions such as Inksoft and Infusionsoft.
- Took charge of search engine optimization, Google business management, and social media management.
- Developed & maintained company branding & created the majority of all marketing collateral.
- Created, automated, and configured the output of various HTML emails for use in the business management software solution, OnSite.
- Setup and implemented the business automation solution, Infusionsoft by Keap, including the configuration of campaigns from concept to creation.
- Produced a media rich bi-weekly newsletter including the creation of all graphics, animations, and content.
- Developed time saving solutions such as writing scripts and creating macros for performing complex operations and repetitive tasks.
- Set up and enforcement of internal art department procedures that increased productivity and reduced internal mistakes down to less than 1%.
- Performed a broad range of graphic design for various customers including shirt designs, fliers banners and other printed media, promotional items, etc.

- Recovered client’s site built on an obscure content management system after the site was compromised and then restored the site to its previous state after identifying and resolving security issues.
Accomplishments
Design and Development of the Image Depot Express Website
Designed and developed the Image Depot Express web-site built on WordPress. This included developing a highly organized mobile responsive theme with key features including:
- Cleanly written and commented code and the implementation of SCSS and Grunt automation to easily update site-wide styling/design.
- Developing custom plugins including a locations plugin for easily updating store locations/details and displaying map information via the Google Maps API.
- Developed the Services page functionality and wrote/created all content for each service page.
- Fully integrated the Inksoft product management and creation service and built a custom products plugin that imports product data, performs complex calculations to display different screen-printing/embroidery pricing options for quotes, and the incorporation of the design studio.
- Integrated the Infusionsoft business automation solution into site contact forms that allow for the automation of tasks and follow-up procedures.
- The creation of almost all graphics, animations, and photography.

Development and Implementation of Adobe Illustrator Scripts
Proof Details Generator
Developed the Illustrator script Proof Details Generator that automates the creation of art proofs for various production methods. This script provides each artist a GUI for automatically outputting proof details such as ink colors used in a design, imprint locations, size of imprints, etc. The implementation of this script continues to help save time, provide consistency, and eliminate errors.

Grommetize
Developed the Illustrator script Grommetize that automatically generates production marks for banners such as cut and fold lines and grommet locations for various sized banners. This script does so by calculating the dimensions of the banner and performing various calculations in order to accurately place the production marks, providing a consistent production process and eliminating errors.

Onsite HTML Email Correspondence Configuration/Automation
Using the software Grunt, SASS, Premailer, and various applications, I created a process to automate and output the creation and updating of 30+ HTML email ready templates for use in the customer management solution Onsite.
